I know, it’s hard not to snort a little when you read the word thankful in 2020. Our thoughts immediately go to all things lost, canceled, and just plain difficult. But the daily practice of gratitude for what we still have is an absolute game-changer. It shifts our perspective and makes us all feel a little richer in the things that matter to us. The things we hold dear have shifted this year, and they are different for everyone. I invite you to spend a couple of minutes a day thinking of what you still have to be grateful for and keep that as your focus for the remainder of the year. I am thankful for you.
